生产方法
1.由N-甲酰苯胺与硫酸二甲酯反应而得。将N-甲酰苯胺和硫酸二甲酯混合,搅拌冷却下滴加氢氧化钾溶液,温度控制在15℃以下。滴加完毕,在20-25℃继续搅拌1h,反应混合物呈微碱性。慢慢滴加浓氨水,分解过量的硫酸二甲酯。然后静置分层,取上层油状物减压蒸馏,收集130-133℃(2.13kPa)馏分,即为N-甲基甲酰苯胺,收率为90%左右。 1.用作有机合成中间体。
