季戊四醇四硝酸酯（PentaErythritol TetraNitrate，简称PETN中文名：太安或太恩，又名彭梯儿）是已知最强烈的炸药之一，其相对有效指数（R.E. factor）达1.66。由于它是一种比TNT对撞击及摩擦更敏感的炸药，所以一般不会单独使用，而是与其他材料配合使用。一般来说，PETN主要用于地雷的药引，用以在受压时燃点其他稳定性较高的炸药。 然而，与硝化甘油一样，PETN亦可用于治疗心脏病。例如：“Lentonitrat”就是一种纯綷只有PETN的药物。
