Fmoc-Lys(Boc)-OH is used to prepare dimeric RGD peptide-paclitaxel conjugate as model for integrin-targeted drug delivery. It is also used to synthesize DOTA-conjugated multivalent cyclic-RGD peptide dendrimers for tumor targeting and imaging use.
