化合物简介

Carboplatin, sold under the trade name Paraplatin among others, is a chemotherapy drug used against some forms of cancer (mainly ovarian carcinoma, lung, head and neck cancers as well as endometrial, esophageal, bladder, breast and cervical; central nervous system or germ cell tumors; osteogenic sarcoma, and as preparation for a stem cell or bone marrow transplant). It was introduced in the late 1980s and has since gained popularity in clinical treatment due to its vastly reduced side effects compared to its parent compound cisplatin. Cisplatin and carboplatin belong to the group of platinum-based antineoplastic agents, and interact with DNA to interfere with DNA repair.

生产方法及用途

生产方法
氯铂酸钾和盐酸肼及碘化钾反应,得到顺碘氨铂,可用二甲基甲酰胺和乙醇的混合液重结晶来提纯。顺碘氨铂加入水中,缓缓滴加硫酸银,反应完毕。滤去不溶物,在滤液中缓缓加入1,1-环丁烷二羧酸钡,室温反应、静置、过滤、蒸干滤液。所得固体分别用水及乙醇洗涤。干燥后得卡铂。 是第二代铂类抗癌新药,其活性与顺铂相当,生化性质与活性谱也类似,但毒副作用却明显低于顺铂。
