生产方法
由四氢吡喃开环溴化而得。在500ml烧瓶中,依次加入250g48%氢溴酸;75g浓硫酸; 21.5g重蒸过的四氢吡喃(86.5-87.5℃馏分)装上回流冷凝器,将棕色混合物加热温和地回流3h。冷至室温后,分出下层的二溴化物,用饱和碳酸钠溶液和水各洗一次。以无水氯化钙干燥。减压蒸馏,收集104-106℃(2.53kPa)馏分即为成品,产量为46-47g,产率为80-82%。 有机合成中间体。
