由氯甲酸苄酯与氨作用而得。将氯甲酸苄酯于剧烈搅拌下慢慢加入5倍体积的冷氨水(相对密度0.90)中,将反应混合物在室温下放置30min,滤出沉淀,水洗、干燥得成品。 有机合成中间体。
用途
有机合成中间体。
