生产方法
用苯乙腈水解，并以甲醇在硫酸催化下酯化，生成苯乙酸甲酯，然后以甲酸乙酯在甲醇钠参与下酰化，得α-甲酰基苯乙酸甲酯，后者以硼氢化钾还原制得α-羟甲基苯乙酸甲酯，进而碱水解、酸化制得该品。亦可通过生物合成方法制取。 山莨菪碱氢溴酸盐的中间体。
