生产方法
其制备方法是在反应釜中加入甲苯,冷却下通入一定量的光气,然后将间氯苯胺的甲苯溶液滴加到反应釜中,加毕后再继续搅拌一定时间,然后将物料移人热反应釜中,继续通入光气并慢慢升温至一定温度,此时有大量的氯化氢和光气逸出,经冷凝后用甲苯吸收,继续通入光气反应,直至物料呈现透明液时反应结束。通入氮气赶尽光气和氯化氢,然后将物料移至脱溶釜,脱溶剂甲苯得成品。 医药、农药中间体。
