大茴香醛经环合、水解制成DL-对羟基苯甘氨酸,再用甲醇酯化,用酒石酸拆分,得到D(-)-对羟基苯甘氨酸。国内大部分D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的生产企业目前基本都采用乙醛酸工艺生产。 合成半合成青霉素和头孢菌素的中间体,用于制造氨苄青霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素、头孢氨苄等。
