生产方法
由4-(对氨基苯)丁酸与甲醇酯化而得。在干燥的反应锅中,投入甲醇,搅拌下加入对氨基苯丁酸和氯化氢甲醇溶液,加热回流3h。减压回收甲醇至干,析出甲酯盐酸盐。加冰水溶解,活性炭脱色,过滤。将所得的滤液用氢氧化钠溶液调至pH8即析出4-(对氨基苯)丁酸甲酯沉淀。 有机化工原料中间体。
